Please join us for a case study–based program exploring approaches to adapting intuitive eating concepts for Urea Cycle Disorder (UCD) nutritional management.
The objectives of the program are to:
- Discuss common intuitive eating strategies and explore how these principles could be considered for patients with UCDs
- Explore potential challenges to implementing intuitive eating principles in patients with UCDs, including areas for further research/examination
- Reinforce the importance of disease monitoring and discuss approaches to supporting long-term patient engagement, adherence, and UCD self-care
