CURRENCY ADJUSTMENT POLICY AND PRICE GUARANTEE OPTIONS:FLIGHT AVAILABILITY:
Flight availability is limited for low cost fares, particularly in early
January. Travelplan will provide current airfare availability for your
travel dates.
OTHER AIRLINES:
Travelplan also has special ski fares to Aspen with Qantas and United,
in economy and business class, plus Premium Economy with Qantas.
THE GANT RESORT:
Special Conference rates apply 2-21 January.
CONNECTING FLIGHTS USING SEPARATE FARES AND TICKETS:
Combining separate fares to Los Angeles, with other carriers to Aspen,
involves two separate fares and airline tickets. Should your flights misconnect for any reason, each carrier can apply
the rules of their individual fare, and could require you to pay a
penalty charge, to continue a delayed journey. This happens
infrequently, but you should be aware of the possibility.
BAGGAGE:
In some circumstances, carriers may not interline baggage at Los Angeles.
DOMESTIC US CARRIERS BAGGAGE CHARGES:
Domestic US/Canadian carriers now apply charges for all baggage. These
are often waived when travelling on a through international journey.
CHILD COSTS:
Special childrens costs vary with age and number sharing apartments. Details from TravelPlan.
OPTIONAL EXTENSIONS:
Travelplan can provide costs to include all major Canadian and US
resorts. Aspen long stay specials include pay 8 days lifts – ski for 14
days – 6 days free.
