Cancellation Policy:

Registrations may be cancelled any time before the event occurs.  Cancellations received by Wednesday of the week before the event occurs (Dec 1st, 2021) will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used to make the registration no later than the day of the event.  Cancellations received after Wednesday of the week before the event occurs will not be entitled to any refund.  Questions about the cancellation policy should be addressed to the VP-Administration at registration@houstoniia.org.
