Our theme for this year's Leadership Summit is Building Opportunity with a focus on shared prosperity and equity.  Major disruptions like the pandemic often break entrenched paradigms in a way that give rise to fresh thinking and opportunities.  The Business Plan was already being refreshed with an equity-based strategy for prosperity in the coming decade when the pandemic struck early in 2020.  The human toll and economic damage of the pandemic further exposed deep fault lines in racial injustice and economic inequality that can no longer be ignored.

The 2021 Oregon Business Plan has a strategy for meeting this moment and seizing opportunities that will serve Oregon well into the future.  Acting on these opportunities, will build greater opportunities for all Oregonians.
