2021 APA-IL State Conference COVID Policies

APA-IL is committed to ensuring the safety of attendees at the 2021 State Conference. Here is how we protect your saftety onsite.

  1. Attendees will remain masked at all events and sessions regardless of vaccination status.
  2. If attendees are fully vaccinated, proof of vaccination will be required. (Attendees can upload an image of their vaccination card during the registration process.)
  3. Unvaccinated attendees will be required to show proof of a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before the conference.

What if you are exposed or get sick right before the conference?

Attendees who register but are subsequently unable to attend because they have been exposed, develop symptoms, or are diagnosed with COVID can either:

  • receive a refund, or
  • attend the virtual conference and receive a refund of the difference between their paid registration and the one-day registration rate.

Waiver and Liablity Release
