This Week’s Featured Teacher

Martin Storey: Martin was born in Hull, England, and raised on a pig farm on the East Yorkshire coast. During his time at the local village school he came under the influence of teacher Mrs. Cross, who taught him to knit and sew. Martin went on to a degree in fashion at Middlesex University, were he developed his knitting skills and produced a collection of handknits for his final degree show. After graduating he went on to work for Artwork, an influential handknit design company and later as chief designer for Jaeger. More recently he is producing 3 or 4 Rowan brochures per season and also a series of books including Nordic Knits and Aran Knits.. View Martin’s sessions >

Vogue Knitting LIVE Takes Manhattan! Thank you for another fantastic Vogue Knitting LIVE New York! We might have been in our hometown, but this “escape” into a weekend of yarn felt as if we were in another world. We definitely did not want to leave when Monday’s afternoon sessions ended.
