How to get to the Workshop Venue

From Lyon Saint-Exupery Airport

Rhone Express train, get off at the last stop: Part-Dieu Train Station (30 min).
 
From the Train stations
 
From Lyon Part-Dieu Station:
  • Tramway Line T4 (close to Rhone Express)
    Direction la Doua - Gaston Berger,
    Stop at Charpennes - Charles Hernu (10 min)
  • Metro Line B
    Direction Charpennes,
    Stop at Charpennes (10 min)
From Lyon Perrache Station:
  • Tramway Line T1
    Direction IUT Feyssine
    Stop at Charpennes - Charles Hernu (25 min)
  • Metro Line A
    Direction Vaux en Velin la Soie
    Stop at Charpennes (15 min)

How to get to Lyon

By plane: Lyon St. Exupery Airport (LYS)
You can then reach the city centre by taxi (around €40-50), bus or tram (Rhonexpress: €16).

By train: Lyon has good train connections to several main cities (Paris, Marseille and Brussels).
There is a fast train to Lyon directly from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).

Accomodation

A first possibility is to book a room in the hotel where the workshop will take place (middle-range business hotel):
