Conference Session


A Conference Session is educational in nature and includes no sales-related content. Presented by professional speakers and industry experts who address the concerns of each stakeholder group, sessions are scheduled throughout the event and held in a classroom setting.


Who can attend?  

Full Conference Delegates. 
 


Summit

A Summit is an educational session with an open forum format conducted by a panel of business leaders within their respective industry. Panelist address the most pressing concerns of the industry and provide opportunities for audience interaction. Summits are scheduled throughout the event and held in both classroom setting and in the USIC Damage Prevention Theater.


Who can attend? 

Classrooms: Full Conference Delegates.    



Vendor Outreach Session

A Vendor Outreach Session is vendor-sponsored and used to educate delegates on and promote the features and benefits of our exhibitors product(s) or service(s) in a classroom setting. These sessions may contain content specific to a vendor’s product or service. Vendor Outreach Sessions are scheduled Tuesday morning.


Who can attend?  

Anyone.   



Workshop

A Workshop is a comprehensive educational experience where you learn practical strategies from recognized industry experts on specific topics. Workshops can be purchased to add to your educational experience but do not require full Conference registration. Workshops are held in a classroom setting and Exhibit Hall access is included with a Workshop registration.


Who can attend? 

Delegates who have registered and paid for the Workshop.

CEUs Available!





BICSI provides information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals and companies in the ICT industry. Earn 10 BICSI CECs by attending sessions at CGA 811 Excavation Safety Conference & Expo. BICSI recognizes CGA 811 Excavation Safety Conference & Expo training for the following BICSI Continuing Education Credits (CECs). CECs are issued by BICSI ONLY to BICSI credential holders. Contact BICSI if you like to become a BICSI member.





Attendance at a GITA session at the CGA 811 Excavation Safety Conference & Expo can contribute to GISCI Course Points, a mandatory requirement for certification or renewal of your GISP. The GISCI Course Points are managed through GITA.






PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS (PDHs) – You may earn PDHs, which are nationally recognized units of record, by attending a UESI-endorsed session at the CGA 811 Excavation Safety Conference & Expo. Individuals should check regularly with their state licensing board for specific continuing education requirements in their jurisdiction that affects professional engineering licensure and the ability to renew licensure. PDHs are managed through ASCE-UESI.
