General Rules
  1. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
  2. One author is allowed to submit several abstracts.
  3. Authors should select the presentation preference for each contribution. Nevertheless, the Organising Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for an Oral Presentation.
  4. Presenting authors will be notified via e-mail regarding the status of their abstract acceptance.
  5. If an abstract is accepted, the presenting author must be one of the authors and must register and attend the congress and defend the paper.
  6. Once accepted, a presentation cannot be included in the Final Programme unless it is accompanied by a completed Registration Form with the appropriate payment of the first author.

To submit your contribution, please follow these instructions:

  1. Write title in CAPS, written without full stop
  2. Select your preferred presentation type (oral or poster)
  3. Write or paste the content of the abstract in the “Abstract Text” field
  4. The abstract text may not be longer than 400 words.
  5. Tables can be added, but neither figures nor graphics can be included in
  6. Please structure your abstract with the following items:
    Introduction

    Objectives

    Methods

    Results

    Conclusions
E-mail contact: First author’s e-mail address will be used to send confirmation of submission. Therefore, please insert the correct data and always use the same e-mail address.

Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be considered for inclusion in the program.
