Louisville, Kentucky  – Guidelines, Executive Orders and Announcements

The Convention team is closely monitoring updates to Covid guidance and restrictions from the CDC, State of Kentucky and City of Louisville and will notify staff and attendees via the Conference App, Web site, and email as appropriate.

Currently, there are no state-wide or city-wide mask mandates. However, some businesses and venues do require masks in response to news on variants. We encourage all visitors to pack a mask and be prepared to wear them where required for entry.

At this time, there are no capacity restrictions or other orders that would preclude any planned Conference activities.  We encourage those who are vaccinated to bring either a photo of their vaccination card or the actual card in case needed during your time in Louisville.

If You Feel Sick…

If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 or test positive for COVID-19 while at Conference, please isolate from others in your hotel room. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.
