In my 23 years as IT professional, I have worked in large enterprises, owned my own businesses and worked in the education sector. I not only found each of these very exciting and challenging, but I believe they have strengthened and broadened my knowledge. I have worked as part of virtual worldwide teams and I looked after global networks which taught me the ability to communicate with different people on different levels.
Rob England
Rob England is a self-employed IT commentator and consultant. He consults in New Zealand on IT governance, strategy, and practice. Internationally, he is best known for his blog The IT Skeptic and half a dozen books on IT, and he speaks widely at conferences and online.
   
James Gander
James is an ITIL accredited Service Management and IT Operations Management consultant with over 20 years in IT and over 10 years experience managing, mentoring and leading IT support teams in the UK, India and New Zealand, across Outsource, Utilities, Media & Broadcast, Public Health and Tertiary Education environments.

James enjoys using his experience to assist organisations pragmatically improve processes across Service Desks and IT support teams, enabling continuous improvement whilst also delivering a stable operational environment. A regular speaker at itSMFnz conferences, blogger for All Things ITSM and presenter of webinars for ManageEngine, James happily shares his experiences with anyone who will listen.
Rajesh Ganesan
Rajesh is passionate about building enterprise software products that are simple and pragmatic and bring real value to customers. In his twenty years with Zoho, Rajesh has built products in the areas of telecommunication, carrier network management, enterprise IT management and enterprise IT security that are used by over 100,000 businesses across 190 countries. He is currently focussing on building IT management software for the many verticals that are transitioning to truly embrace cloud, mobile and IoT. He loves collaborating with customers, speaks at industry events, writes for publications and is the ManageEngine spokesperson for the ANZ region.
 
Bridget Jelley
Business Facilitator/ Director of the Effect

Bridget is zealous about the application of Psychology to Business. With a Master’s Degree in Psychology Bridget draws from various philosophical underpinnings to produce successful outcomes within the people development space.

Mining, utilities, airline, government, not for profit and local councils are some of the industries of which Bridget has worked in, giving her a breadth of exposure to various types of business and people. Her skills range from leadership, conflict resolution, career counselling, team and individual coaching, general counselling, team building, recruitment, and culture transformation.

Bridget is fascinated with human behaviour, and gains great satisfaction through assisting organisations and clients through the challenges that come with simply being human. With a warm, energetic and determined approach to her work, Bridget engages people through experiential learning allowing for those light bulb moments to occur and clarity to be gained.
Tony Krzyzewski
Tony Krzyzewski has worked in the New Zealand IT industry for close to forty years with experience in the mainframe, early microcomputer, networking and information security sectors. He is credited with having implemented the world’s first MSDOS 3.1 network in the early 1980’s and has been closely involved with networking technology ever since. These day’s he runs his own consultancy, TonyK.NZ Ltd, bringing his knowledge to organisations that understand that experience counts.

   
Rebecca Wilson
Rebecca has been working in Service Management since 2008, when she was part of a team that established ITSM at IR. She has worked as an Incident and Problem Manager, before realising that the way to make a difference was to focus earlier in the lifecycle. Moved to IT in 2011 as Release Manager, and then lead team accountable for SACM, Change and Release. Now finds herself surprised to be acting as the IT Manager for Service Management group at IR. Passionate about big ideas, and meaningful work to make a difference.
