PAYMENT POLICY: All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference to reserve your seat.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a full refund of registration fees, we must receive your cancellation no later than September 27, 2016. Cancellations received after that date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after October 1, 2016 are subject to 0% refund. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person until October 1, 2015 without incurring a cancellation charge.
