Parking/Arrival Instructions The Sound at Cypress Waters is a complex of multiple restaurant and retail stores and an outdoor activity space. There is complimentary street parking and two complimentary parking garages. Town Hall is noted by letter D on the map. The entrance to Town Hall is between Eno's Pizza and Flying Saucer.
