30th Kick Off and Volunteer Celebration

Overview

We'll honor those who have contributed to the organization this year and look ahead to next year, which is our 30th anniversary! The event features networking, beer and wine open bar, appetizers, volunteer highlights, transition of our Board chair from Patricia Rodriguez Christian of CRC Group to Suzanne Cruz-Sewell of DFW International Airport, and a sneak peek at 2025 programming.

This event will be held on Wednesday, November 20 from 4:00 - 6:00pm at Town Hall at The Sound at Cypress Waters (3111 Olympus Blvd, Coppell, TX 75019).

Parking/Arrival Instructions
The Sound at Cypress Waters is a complex of multiple restaurant and retail stores and an outdoor activity space. There is complimentary street parking and two complimentary parking garages.The entrance to Town Hall is between Eno's Pizza and Flying Saucer. Click here for the parking map.

This event is open to everyone.

Early bird, online registration is open until the day of the event. 
On-site registration is available for a higher fee. Walk ups are welcome!


What If I Register and Can’t Attend?

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All sales are final. In the event that the registrant can no longer attend, the unused registration is considered a donation to the Council.

Substitutions Welcome
If you have a conflict arise and can’t attend the event, another person may attend in your place at no charge.

Substitutions may be submitted in two ways:
1. via the link and reference # that are provided in your confirmation email
2. via email request to WBCS Senior Director of Programs, Elizabeth Garner
