Registration for
WONDERLIC EXAM
Applicants to the KPSAHS phlebotomy and medical assisting programs are required to take and successfully pass the Wonderlic Assessment exam.
- LOCATION: The exam is given at KPSAHS, located at 938 Marina Way South, Richmond, CA. Arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your exam time and bring a pen or pencil with you. Plan to spend at least 2 hours on campus.
The test dates & times are:
July 15, 2019: 10am-11:30am and 2:00pm-4:00pm
July 16, 2019: 10am-11:30am and 2:00pm-4:00pm
July 17, 2019: 10am-11:30am and 2:00pm-4:00pm
July 18, 2019: 10am-11:30am no afternoon session
On the day of your exam you must bring the following with you:
- PHLEBOTOMY APPLICANTS ONLY: Your valid American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR card. (A printed copy downloaded from the American Heart Association bearing the QR code is also acceptable.) Phlebotomy program applicants will not be able to sit for the Wonderlic Assessment exam without providing a valid CPR card at the time of their appointment. *
- ALL APPLICANTS: Your valid government issued photo ID (driver's license or state ID card). Applicants will not be able to sit for the Wonderlic Assessment exam without providing a valid government issued state ID or driver’s license at the time of their appointment.
*(Only American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR cards are acceptable. No exceptions will be made.)
