Speaker Bio
Bob Bennett is a Senior Design Engineer at Oxbo International Corp. Bob grew up on a small farm in Western Wisconsin which drove his passion for agriculture and led him to attend UW-River Falls and UW-Madison, earning degrees in Agricultural Engineering Technology and Biological Systems Engineering. After school, his career took him to Winnipeg, Canada where he worked for MacDon before moving back home, working at Caterpillar before starting at Oxbo. His time at Oxbo has allowed him to work on multiple projects in niche agriculture including corn detasselers, yield monitoring systems, plot harvesting equipment, and seed/sweet corn harvesters. These experiences in his career and the continued involvement in his family farm have given him a well-rounded knowledge of the agricultural industry.
