participants.

I have a product or service to share and would like to purchase an exhibit space & want the option to buy additional promotional or engagement opportunities & potentially become a sponsor.

I have a product or service to share and would like to participate in the NAA Convention and purchase promotional or engagement opportunities and possibly become an NAA27 sponsor. (No exhibit space)

I have a product or service to share but can't attend, so I don't need a registration. However, I'd like to purchase promotional/engagement opportunities & possibly become a sponsor.

 

Payment Terms

  • NAA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and School Purchase Orders (POs) through January 14, 2027. After January 14, 2027, NAA will only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as payment type.

    How to submit a Purchase Order:

    Pre-approval is required for all Purchase Orders. Please contact convention@naaweb.org to coordinate submitting a Purchase Order and receiving instructions to submit PO.

Payment is due within 30 days of registration or prior to the next registration rate increase, whichever occurs first. Failure to meet these terms will result in forfeiture of the current registration rate including Purchase Orders and Check payments.

Full payment must be made prior to the start of the convention. If payment has not been received, it will be collected onsite at the onsite registration rate.
