ACMA & APLCM 2026 Leadership and physician advisor conference
The 2026 Leadership and Physician Advisor Conference (LPAC) will be an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with physicians, health plan, and case management leadership. Gain new strategies when you join your peers from across the country to discuss advancing patient care. Cosponsored by the American Case Management Association (ACMA) and the Association of Physician Leadership in Care Management (APLCM), the conference will take place November 15-17, 2026 in Nashville, Tennessee.
ACMA advocates to improve patient care outcomes and is comprised of more than 30,000 members nationwide, including nurses, social workers, physicians, health plan, and other health care professionals affiliated with case management.
APLCM supports the evolving role of physician advisors, physician case management and transitions of care leaders, medical directors, health plan leaders, and chief medical officers in the increasingly visible and evolving role of physician advisors in case management teams.
Special Conference Opportunities
Physicians can maximize their conference experience by attending sessions throughout the Physician Leadership Exchange and customizing their learning experience based on their professional interests and educational needs. Optional pre-conference education, including Physician Advisor Core and Physician Advisor Advanced, is available for an additional fee.
All physicians are also encouraged to extend their stay and take advantage of the onsite Care Management Physician Certification (CMPC) Exam, providing an opportunity to accelerate their path to earning the CMPC credential.
All main conference attendees are welcome to join the Platinum Plus Sessions on pre-conference day at no additional cost. These dynamic, sponsor-supported sessions offer valuable insights tailored for leaders in case management and transitions of care. Curated in collaboration with industry experts, Platinum Plus Sessions feature real-world strategies, emerging solutions, and practical innovations that support high-quality, patient-centered care.
