Rates are:

Standard with King bed $162/night
Standard with two double beds $162/night
Concierge Level $205/night (limited availability)

Suites are also available on a first-come, first-serve basis. These selections are available during the registration process.

Please note, there is limited availability for rooms in surplus of our block at the Marriott on Friday, Feb. 28. It is recommended you register early.

Parking & Taxes

Onsite overnight self-parking is $28/night. Valet parking is $38/night (does not accommodate large SUV’s and other oversize vehicles).

All rooms are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 18.929% percent) at the time of checkout.

How to Make Hotel Reservations

All hotel reservations must be coordinated with UniGroup’s Conference Services department and not directly with the hotel. During the registration process, you'll be asked for your hotel reservations. If changes need to be made after you register, please modify your registration or contact Dawn Woodruff.

Change/Cancellation Policy

All hotel reservation changes and cancellations must be received by Wednesday, Feb. 19.

No-show guests of the Marriott St. Louis Grand will be assessed one night’s hotel room charge and tax.

Additional Information

All rooms/suites are first-come, first-serve, and are limited in quantity and subject to availability.
Requests for specific room types are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until arrival.
A credit card will be required at check-in.
Check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m.
All room reservations will be guaranteed for late arrival by UniGroup.
Amenities include discounted guest room wireless Internet ($1 per room per day) and complimentary fitness center access.
The hotel is 100 percent non-smoking.

Key Registration Reminders

Attendee registrations may not be split among multiple people.
UniGroup reserves right to limit exhibitor admittance to breakout and general sessions where proprietary business information is being discussed.
Each attendee is required to pay the registration fee regardless of amount of time at the event.
Travel and lodging expenses are not included in the exhibitor registration fee.

Deadline to register is Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020.
