Instructions for Speakers: 

 

If you will be giving a talk at the meeting, please note that you will be sharing your own screen via Zoom. Contributed talks will be 7 minutes + 3 for questions and invited talks will be 15 minutes + 5 for questions.

Instructions for Poster Presenters: 

Poster sessions will be held on GatherTown. You will be assigned a room and poster number prior to the start of the meeting.

·      Submit your poster to the DropBox folder here by the end of Wednesday, April 28 (MST).  Late posters will not be included. 

·      Your poster needs to be a jpeg file of any size or orientation with a file size under 3 MB.

·      Naming convention for poster files: poster_Lastname-Firstname.jpg -- files that are not named properly may not be included. Please use the names that you registered with.

·      A final layout of the poster hall will be emailed to participants before the conference begins.

 

 

Instructions for Poster Pops:  

Poster Pops will be pre-recorded presentations of your poster that are under 60 seconds in length, which will be shown during our main meeting on Zoom. Please record yourselves giving your Poster Pop talk using Zoom and save the recording as an mp4 file. The poster pops will also be viewable in GatherTown alongside the posters, which should be submitted separately.

·      Submit your pre-recorded poster pop to the DropBox folder here by the end of Wednesday, April 28 (MST).  Late poster-pops will not be included.

·      Your pre-recorded talks have a hard time limit of 60 seconds. (Your Poster Pop will not be included if your submitted video is longer than 60s.)

·      Naming convention for Poster Pop files: pop_Lastname-Firstname.mp4  -- files that are not named properly may not be included. Please use the names that you registered with.
