The all-inclusive participation fee includes these basic furnishings: company signage, one front counter, one panel graphic, one meeting table with two chairs, one display showcase, two spotlights, wastebasket, basic electricity and wireless internet services.
Pavilion exhibitors also have the option to expand, customize and enhance their booths with graphics, furnishings, refrigeration and other appliances and enhancements directly through the Canada Pavilion team, at an increased cost.

Trade Show Strategy and Delivery
Working in the International Affairs Branch of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), the Trade Show Strategy and Delivery team manages Canada branded pavilions at a number of key international trade shows around the world. The team’s work supports Canada’s export objectives and AAFC’s trade policy and advocacy initiatives. Canada-branded pavilions help differentiate Canadian agriculture and food products from the competition and give companies an advantage in a competitive, global marketplace.
