All attendees who complete one of the three levels of the IAFC's Officer Development Program (COLS, CHIEF, ECO) receive special recognition including the program certificate and pin. Those who complete all the necessary levels in any of the three tracks get additional recognition for graduating to the next level. 

Registration fees include online education, virtual exhibit hall access and networking.
