Following the incredible momentum of our inaugural summit, the Goodwill AI Networking Summit returns to the Hershey Lodge to bring together leaders, directors, and functional innovators from across the Goodwill network.
We've carefully listened to your valuable feedback from last year! This year's summit has been redesigned to feature significantly more hands-on learning, interactive workshops, and dedicated networking time to help you build deeper connections. Goodwill Keystone Area is currently finalizing the full schedule of sessions, and we look forward to releasing the official agenda in August.
In coordination with Goodwill Industries International's Emerging Trends Task Force, GAINS 2.0 focuses on practical, ethical, and accessible uses of artificial intelligence. Our goal is to help Goodwill organizations across North America strengthen operational efficiency, support local workforces, and scale community mission impact.
We are also proud to invite Pennsylvania nonprofits and public officials to join us on Tuesday, October 13 for a joint day of hands-on learning! You will learn alongside national Goodwill professionals and work directly with our tech partners to explore practical AI tools and workflows that save time, strengthen operations, and expand your community impact. • Best suited for Managers, Directors, and Executives

Drawing on the core themes of his session, Eric So: What AI Does to Us, Dr. So will lead us through an eye-opening exploration of "cognitive dependency" — delving into how artificial intelligence is actively reshaping human behavior, organizational decision-making, and peer-to-peer teamwork.
Watch his exclusive, personalized greeting to our community in the video player!
Special Perk: All session attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Dr. So's new book!
