General Information

 


 

On Arrival

On arrival to the Cordis Hotel, please make your way to the registration desk located in the Pre-Function Foyer to collect your name badge.  It would be appreciated if you could wear your name badge at all times during the conference as this identifies you as eligible for entry to sessions and social functions.
 

Car Parking

Unless other arrangements have been made with the Hotel, all off/on loading of tools and materials are to be made at the loading dock. Vehicle engines are to be turned off during the off/on loading process. Once the off/on loading has been completed, Wilson's Public Car Parks are available in various locations close to the conference venue.
​Valet Parking is available for NZD$55.00 per car, per night (strictly standard-sized vehicles only).

Catering

All morning and afternoon teas, lunches and the Welcome Reception, as scheduled in the programme, will be held within the exhibition area. 

Cleaning

All exhibition spaces need to be kept clean and tidy throughout the conference. Cleaning of your space is your responsibility.

Conference Rooms

The conference sessions will be held in the Great Room 1 and the exhibition & catering will be held in Great Rooms 2, 3&4.

Deliveries and Collections

The Delivery Label can be found via the button ABOVE. Please use this label for deliveries to the venue. Deliveries should arrive no earlier than Monday 21 September 2026. Pick up is to be arranged as soon as possible after the conference. Any items left behind will be stored for a short time before being disposed. Please note that if goods are not picked up within 48hrs (working days) items may be discarded. Please remove all packaging, boxing and rubbish prior to leaving the venue.

  • Thursday 24 September 2026, 8.00am-6.00pm (including Networking Refreshments)
  • Friday 25 September 2026, 7.00am-2.00pm

​​Electricity

Installation of electrical equipment, including lighting fixtures, must adhere to Electrical Regulations. Exhibitors are advised not to use electrical fittings which may contain sub-standard circuits in their booths.

Fixtures & Fittings

No tapes, nails or fixtures of any kind are to be affixed to the walls, doors, floor, ceiling or glass in the venue. No freestanding fitment may exceed 2 metres in height or extend beyond the boundaries of your space. This includes exhibits, names or logos of your organisation/s and advertising materials.

Insurance

It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to confirm insurance as required, to cover yourselves against all risks at the conference. The exhibiting company shall be responsible for all aspects of setting up and operating its own booth and shall bear the responsibility to confirm public liability and indemnity insurance (as required). Exhibitors shall bear the full responsibility of compensation in case of accidents without making any related insurance claims to NZACRes or Workz4U Conference Management.

Location and Power

The exhibition area will be located in the Great Rooms 2, 3 & 4 at The Cordis Hotel, Auckland. You will have the opportunity to request power during the registration process.

WiFi

Cancellation Policy


 

  • If the cancellation is submitted more than six months before the conference commences, the Organisers shall retain 10% of the contract price

  • If the cancellation is submitted between three to six months before the conference the Organisers shall retain 50% of the contract price.

  • If the cancellation is submitted within three months of the Conference then 100% of the contract price will be forfeited

  • If in the event of the Conference being cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers or the Sponsoring Company then the contract price is refundable less expenses already incurred.​
