All registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference. Substitutions can be made until two (2) weeks before the conference at no extra charge. After that date, we are unable to process substitutions.

The conference agenda includes two blocks of concurrent educational sessions, five mega session blocks, three general sessions, plus other networking and conference activities. The conference is intended to sharpen your business, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and to provide you and your organization with the skills and competencies needed to thrive in today’s working environment.

I am not able to attend the entire conference. Can I attend only one day?
Yes. However, there is only one registration rate.
What if need an invoice or receipt?
Your invoice or receipt will be available to download from your registration confirmation page. Please complete your registration and select your payment method, upcon completion you will have access to your invoice or receipt.
Your registration confirmation email will also include a link to download your invoice or receipt.

What is the cost to attend the SHRM New Jersey Conference?
Please visit the registration page to view event fees and early‑bird dates. An early bird discount will be available for a limited time when registration opens.
What forms of payment does SHRM New Jersey accept?
During the registration process, you can select to pay by credit card, check, or purchase order. If paying by check, please make checks payable to SHRM New Jersey & mail to:

Be sure to include the participant's name and confirmation number in the memo of the check so payment can be applied correctly. We will issue a confirmation email once the check is received, but please allow time for mailing and processing.
If I have registered and need to cancel, can I receive a refund?
Yes, as long as you cancel no later than 30 days prior to the conference date, you will be able to get a refund. Please note, a $25 cancellation fee applies. Please email shrmnjconference@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
How do I access my conference schedule & agenda?
Before registration, you may view the available sessions and schedule under the agenda tab. After registration, you will be able to view/print your selected sessions and modify your schedule. You may modify your schedule anytime during the registration period.
How many SHRM/HRCI Credits will I earn for attending the Conference?
This is currently pending approval. Based on the conference agenda, the keynote, mega, and concurrent sessions are submitted for SHRM PDCs and HRCI recertification credit hours. Past conferences were approved for 12+ each year, and some sessions were approved for business and global credits. Once this year's conference is approved, we will share the exact number.
New this year! HRIP recertification credits will be available for attendees holding the Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) designation through the International Association of Human Resource Information Management.
Is there a hotel block?
Yes, a group rate is available at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel.
