Terms and Conditions

• Payment in full for sponsorship fee is due by Friday, May 8, 2026
• Payment in full for conference registration is due by Friday, June 12, 2026.
• If registration is completed within 30 days of the conference, payment must be received no later than Wednesday, July 08, 2026.
• Full-Time Student - must provide proof of full-time enrollment
• University Attendee - must provide proof of employment at a university

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Cancellations received by June 12, 2026 - Full refund
• Cancellations received June 13, 2026 and later - No refund*
• Sponsorship fees are not refundable

* Name changes, in lieu of cancellation, are allowed at no additional fee if the attendee is from the same company and there is no modification in the form of payment.
