Pascal Finette is the Co-Founder and Chief Heretic at radical, a boutique advisory firm that helps leaders build organizational capacity and turn volatility into competitive advantage. Over nearly three decades in technology, Pascal has led transformations at era-defining companies including eBay, Mozilla, and Google.org. At eBay, he founded the Platform Solutions Group in Europe. At Mozilla, he led the Open Innovation Lab and Office of the Chair. As Principal at Google.org, he invested in social impact organizations globally. He also served as faculty chair for entrepreneurship at Singularity University.

Pascal is the bestselling author of “Disrupt Disruption: How to Decode the Future, Disrupt Your Industry, and Transform Your Business” and the forthcoming “Built for Turbulence: How to Lead Organizations That Strengthen Under Stress”. He founded GYSHIDO, a global productivity movement, and co-founded The Women’s Impact Alliance.
