Campus Housing is $60/room/night 

Campus Housing Information

Cost: $60 per night. All campus housing must be paid by credit card at the time of registration or when added to an existing registration.

Occupancy: Each room is double occupancy only; no more than 2 people are allowed per room.

Children: Unattended children are not allowed.

Dorm Information: These are dorm rooms. Bathrooms are single-sex but shared.

Room Assignment: Rooms will be assigned, and changing rooms is not allowed.

ADA Accommodations: If you require specific ADA accommodations, you may list them when registering for campus housing.

Reservation Verification: You can check your housing reservation in advance by logging into the registration site and using the "Modify Registration" button. Follow the prompts to the housing option and verify that your arrival and departure dates are correct.

Adding or Changing Reservations:

To add or change campus housing reservations, log into the conference registration, use the "Modify Registration" button, and follow the prompts to the housing option.

The last day to modify your housing reservation is June 5th. Any additions or changes after that date cannot be accommodated.

If you add dates to your reservation, be prepared to pay for the additional nights by credit card.

If you cancel dates and are due a refund, you must contact Ryan Richer at ryan.richer@montana.edu. Refunds are not issued automatically.
