What is included with my registration?
Great question! Access to all general sessions, a swag bag ($75+value), full day of meals on Saturday, October 10th ($415 value), Your Daily Resort Fee is staying through our roomblock ($135 vaule) and scheduled gatherings.
What are the Registration dates?
Registration will open at the Leadership Summit Event on April 11, 2026. Registration will continue through to October 8, 2026. Your qualification will be tied to your Xyngular account number and email on your Xyngular account. You will receive an invitation email once registration opens.
No later date exceptions are able to be made for this event.
Can I use my First Time Attendee Code?
Yes, you are eligible to use our First-Time Attendee discount for this event. To take advantage of this offer, please contact our Member Service Team at (801) 756-8808 for assistance with your registration. They will apply your unique first-time attendee code to ensure you receive the discounted ticket price.
Am I able to modify my registration?
Yes! You will be able to modify your registration until registration closes on October 8, 2026. You will find the button at the very bottom of this page.

Q: Who gets a free ticket?
A: Brand Partners who qualify for 2027 Destination X Tier 1 (50 pts.) earn one free registration to the 2026 Annual Convention.
Q: When can I use my free 2027 Destination X Convention ticket?
A: This can only be used for the 2026 Annual Convention, it may not be rolled over or transferred, and has no cash value. To use the discount code, register anytime between April 11 and October 8, 2026.
Q: Can I give my ticket to someone else?
A: No. It is only for the Brand Partner who earned it.
Q: Can I use it for another event?
A: No. It only applies to the 2026 Annual Convention and does not roll over.
Q: Can I use it more than once?
A: No. It is a one-time use benefit.
What is included in the event fee & not included?
Included:
Farewell Party, all meals on 10/10 ($415 value), Leadership Training, Swag Bag ($75+ value).
Is the resort fee included? Yes, if you are staying onsite, your resort fee is * covered by Xyngular ($135 value). You will also receive access to the private Hummingbird Lagoon Welcome Experience.
*For those who have booked a room at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, through the Xyngular room block.
Not Included:
Meals outside of the parties, flights, transportation, hotel costs, add-on activitites (Morning Wellness Experience), resort amenities (included if staying within the Xyngular room block).
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted by the close of the designated registration window (October 8, 2026). Brand Partners who do not cancel within this timeframe will forfeit their event registration and all associated inclusions. No refunds will be issued for any event cancellations.
Attendees must be present at the event to receive any swag, materials, or event information—these items will not be shipped to those who do not attend.

Am I able to bring a guest with me?
Yes, guests are allowed. However, this would be an additional registration fee per person.
This is also based on capacity and will be first come, first served. We have a very strict capacity limit for this event, and will not have space for anyone else who is not registered for this event. This does include spouses or shared account holders, they must be registered. Please be mindful of this policy and all those who are registered and make sure everyone who is registered and attending has a seat.
For those who are wanting to bring their family, this event is designed for adults, but as a family-oriented company. We understand that family needs flexibility. Babes in arms (infants who do not require their own seat or meals) are welcome. Unfortunately, older children and additional guests are not covered or permitted to attend any event activities.
How do I qualify for the Leadership Dinner?
What should I pack?
Plan to pack for a variety of activities: dressy outfits for evening dinners, business casual for the training, comfortable loungewear for the activities, and casual clothing or activewear for any outdoor activities you do in your free time. In early October, Austin typically experiences warm, late-summer-like weather, with daytime highs around 80–85°F and evening temperatures cooling to 60–65°F—so bringing a light jacket or sweater for cooler nights is recommended.
p.s. Don't forget a swimsuit if you want to participate in some of the activities. Also, don't forget to pack a notebook and pen. It won't be included in this event's swag bag.
2027 Destination X - Flight Reimbursements (Tier 2 $300 Reward at 75pts. & Tier 3 Additional $200 Reward at 100pts.)
Q: How do I claim my flight reimbursement(s)?
A: A flight reimbursement(s) will be provided to qualifying 2027 Destination X qualifiers, once you have registered and checked in onsite showing you have attended the 2026 Annual Convention.
Q: How do I receive my flight reimbursement(s)?
A: You must attend the 2026 Annual Convention and complete onsite check-in. After the event, payment will be sent through Hyperwallet following the event.
Q: Are there requirements?
A: Yes. Registration, attendance and check-in are required at the 2026 Annual Convention, and you must be in good standing to receive payment.
Will there be any free time?
Yes, of course! Please see the Around the Town Guide tab for some suggested team activities and locations! You can find this at the top left of the page.
To get around town, Cedar Creek, Texas is buzzing with ride sharing. This will be a great time to get together with your teams!
How can I get to Lost Pines from the airport?
There are a number of convenient transportation options from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport to Lost Pines, including ride sharing, and taxis and shuttles.
Can I book a room with Lost Pines Resort and get a special event rate?
Yes, of course! There is a room block for this event under 2026 Annual Convention. This is subject to the hotel availability. However, if you click on this link, you can get the special room rate of $322++ a night.
How can I qualify for the Leadership Dinner?
You can qualify for this private Leadership Dinner with Xyngular Executives, by achieving Platinum Director twice or advancing to a new Executive Rank between October 1st, 2025 and September 1st, 2026.
