Cancellation Policy
An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations before September 4, 2020. NO REFUND after September 4, 2020. Replacement delegates are welcome at no additional charge. Please advise of the name change ahead of time, if at all possible, and send to registration@bayleygroup.com. NO SHOWS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AND WILL BE FULLY CHARGED.
13% HST is a sales tax required in Canada and in addition to the registration fee. Non-Canadian residents can request a refund for the HST (for more information visit the CRA website).

The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. The Conference and the Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
