How much is registration for ASPIRE26?

Registration fees for the conference are as follows:

Advanced Registration - $799 (January 20-February 28)
Early Bird Registration - $999 (March 1-May 31)
Regular Registration - $1,199 (June 1-September 15)
Last Chance Registration - $1,400 (September 16-October 5)
Group Pricing
- Institutions that register three or more paid attendees will qualify for the group discount of $999 each (or $799 for the Advanced Registration period only). Attendees must register at the same time using the group booking option on the registration page. Additional members from your institution cannot be added to your group to receive the reduced fee at a later date. Please contact us at marketing@aais.com with any questions regarding group bookings.

How much is parking at the hotel?

The Loews Kansas City Hotel offers convenient overnight or short term parking. Fees are as follows:

Overnight parking is $33 for self, $45 for valet
Short term parking is $25 for self, $32 for valet

Where can I find my registration information?

You can find your registration record, reference number and further details in your registration confirmation email. Please contact marketing@aais.com if you have any questions.

Can I register my entire group at once and is there a discount?

Sure! When you register, please select the Group Booking option if you have a group of three or more to receive the discounted rate of $999 per person. Please note that you must register everyone from the group at one time to receive the discount. Additional attendees from your institution cannot be added at a later date. After you register your first attendee, click the "Register Next Attendee" button and continue the same process until all your group members are registered.

Where do I mail my check?

If you choose to pay by check, you will receive an invoice from our finance team that will include our address. However, if you would like to send your check as soon as you register, you can mail it to:

How do I get a receipt?

Simply access your reservation record (via your confirmation email) to retrieve & print your receipt. You can contact marketing@aais.com with any questions!

I need to cancel my reservation. What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available until July 31, 2026 at 11:59pm CT. Partial refunds (half of registration cost) are available until September 11, 2026 at 11:59pm CT. No refunds will be issued after September 11, 2026 at 11:59pm CT. Please contact marketing@aais.com with any questions.
