About the Event

UNC Chapel Hill is proud to host the 2026 Journal of Accounting and Economics Conference at Rizzo Center in Chapel Hill.  The 2026 JAE Conference begins with a doctoral consortium on the afternoon of Thursday November 12 followed by a reception and dinner for all attendees.   Paper presentations take place all day Friday as well as Saturday morning. The Conference concludes at noon on Saturday November 14th. 

The JAE Conference is an invitation-only event that encourages the application of economic theory to the explanation of accounting phenomena.
