Sponsorship Opportunities

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Upload logos in JPG/PNG and EPS formats to the form link in your sponsorship confirmation email by Friday, February 13, 2026.
  • Sponsorship payments must be paid in full by Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
  • Sponsors must be exhibitors at the HRSG Annual Conference Vendor Fair.
  • Sponsorships do not include booth fees or conference attendance.
  • Sponsors will have booth registration priority. See booth registration schedule Sponsors and Exhibitors > Booth Registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

INVOICE/RECEIPT

  • Your confirmation email includes a link to view your invoice/receipt.
