Invitation Letters
Will you be travelling to Canada for the Symposium from another country?
We encourage attendees to check and make sure what the requirements are before booking their travels.
If you require a letter of invitation for your visa application, please contact rabab@gemstone-events.com for more information. Letters of invitation will only be provided once you have registered and paid in full. Reimbursements can be made at the discrepency of the Organizing Committee if Visas are not obtained in time for travel.
