We will be accepting case submissions starting March 16, 2026 to be presented at the upcoming Halifax Symposium! Submitters will be advised at the end of July 2026 as to whether their case submission was selected for presentation.

Case Presenter Reimbursement Policies:
Please note that all case presenters who are accepted to present will receive a $250 honoraria in the form of a cheque, post-Symposium. This money is intended to help cover the costs of registration and travel to the destination.
You must be registered in order to be eligible to present.
In addition, presenters will be entitled to up to 2-nights accommodation covered at our host hotel - the Hilton Quebec. You are responsible for booking your own accommodation by the booking deadline (August 10, 2026). If you're selected to present your case, your room nights will be covered by the Symposium. The booking link to make your hotel reservation will be sent in your registration confirmation email.
