Registration
Registration is now open for both the Monday standards development meetings and the conference, and will close at 11:59 PM EDT on June 9, 2026. There is no fee to attend the Monday standards development meetings, but there is a fee to attend the conference on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The fees to attend the conference are listed below and include lunch and coffee breaks, access to any and all conference sessions, and the Urenco Capenhurst facility tour. Discounted registration will not be given for single-session or single-day attendance.
Onsite registration will not be available. All attendees must be preregistered to attend the meetings, conference or both, and registrants must check in at the ASTM Registration Area to obtain their name badge before entering the event rooms.

All meetings and conference sessions will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa in Chester, United Kingdom.
ASTM has reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree at a reduced rate. The rate is available until March 21, 2026 or until the ASTM block is filled, and are only valid for the nights of Saturday, June 13th through Thursday, June 18th. Reservations made after the March 21st cutoff date or the block is full, will be charged at the going rate at the time of booking. Please support ASTM by reserving your room at the conference hotel.

IMPORTANT!: Booking and Cancellation Information
A credit card is required to book your guestroom. Guests may cancel their reservation at any time by 11:59 PM GMT on March 15, 2026 without penalty. Any cancellations after March 15, 2026 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to the first night's room and tax.

Standards Development Meetings
