2026 GII Sponsorship Prospectus
As a sponsor and supporter of Goodwill Industries International (GII), you'll increase or reinforce awareness of your brand, generate corporate preference and foster brand loyalty among Goodwill® leaders and staff. At the same time, and more importantly, your sponsorship funds will help people overcome challenges to build skills, earn jobs and grow their careers through learning and the Power of Work®.
EVENT RULES & POLICIES:
1. Badge Usage
a. Each attendee must wear the Event badge issued by GII at all times.
b. Participants must keep their Event badges visible.
c. Badge exchange, trading, or selling is prohibited.
d. In accordance with applicable data privacy laws, you acknowledge that your contact information will be shared with relevant exhibitors when you agree to have your badge scanned.
2. Access and Conduct:
a. Access to event areas is limited based on pass type.
b. Solicitation outside of booth space (suitcasing) is prohibited unless approved by GII in writing.
c. Sponsor staff must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
d. Business casual or traditional attire is recommended.
e. Electronic devices must be off or set to silent/”do not disturb” during educational sessions.
f. Presentations, postings and messages outside of approved spaces are not permitted without approval from GII. GII reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations, including but not limited to flyers.
3. Disruptive Behavior:
a. Disruptive conduct, activities, and related materials are prohibited.
b. Photographing, videotaping, or transmission of the Event or any part of it is prohibited without GII’s written approval.
c. Disruption of presentations during sessions, in the exhibit hall, or at other events organized by GII throughout the meeting is not permitted.
d. Smoking is prohibited inside conference facilities at all times.
Unacceptable Behavior is defined as:
• Harassment, intimidation or discrimination in any form.
• Abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, GIII staff member, service provider or other conference guest.
• Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion or national origin.
4. Enforcement:
a. GII makes all final decisions on who has access to the Event.
b. GII reserves the right to remove any person from the Event for violating rules or exhibiting objectionable, disorderly, or disruptive conduct.
c. GII has the right to confiscate badges of violators.
d. GII reserves the right to change rules at any time.
REGISTRATION:
5. Processing and Payment:
a. Sponsor and exhibitor fees must be paid in full within 30 days of contract.
b. All registrants must use their own, valid business email address.
c. Registration in capital letters is prohibited.
d. Individuals must register under the company they work for.
e. Only individuals from the same company can register as additional staff to paid sponsors and exhibitors. Individuals from other companies must sign up themselves as sponsors or exhibitiors.
f. Co-sponsorships between 2 companies are accepted but both companies must be named on the sponsor contract.
g. All sponsors are screened using Duns & Bradstreet. If a Duns & Bradstreet report is missing, other methods will be used for screening.
6. Cancellation and Substitution:
a. Cancellations must be requested in writing through email by conference registration stated deadlines.
d. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation or refund.
e. Substitutions can be made in advance by emailing GIIevents@goodwill.org
ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
7. Media Release Waiver
As a meeting participant, it is understood that GII may, at its option, take photographs, videos, recordings of GII events, which may include your likeness or participation, and reproduce them in Goodwill network wide news, educational, or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media. By participating in GII meetings and events, you hereby grant GII permission to make, use and distribute such items, and waive any rights to seek payment or compensation.
8. Event Logo Use
a. Requests regarding the use of GII or Goodwill logos must be submitted in writing to naomi.iheme@goodwill.org (naomi.iheme@goodwill.org).
9. Industry Partners/Non-Retailers
a. Non-exhibitors cannot solicit sales or leads on the tradeshow floor.
b. This policy is in place to protect the interests of exhibitors.

Use the form below to share your intent to sponsor or exhibit. Packages with dollar amounts over $10,000 are guided by GII’s sponsorship/exhibitor agreement. Fees are due in full net 30 days of agreement execution and payable by check or credit card.
