GII offers donated goods retail learning events to support Goodwill member locations in their operations. Each learning event provides unique hands-on experiences that equip attendees with tools to roll out replicable practices across their stores.

The goal is to increase their retail success and learn effective leadership talent management practices and strategies to build the business on the local level. Attendees include CEOs and leaders of all levels from donated goods retail, leadership and development and human resources.  DGROLE events take the form of learning lab tracks, talent leadership tracks or product acquisition tracks. • Exhibits at 2 DGROLE conferences & 1 SUSTAINABILITY conference. Depending on locations, exhibits are:

• Two tickets to each of selected conferences.
