Donated Goods Retail (DGR) learning events were created to support Goodwill member locations in their operations. Leadership Development Session Dates

GII runs two advanced leadership development programs to the Goodwill network. The Executive Development Program (EDP) provides a framework for understanding Goodwill’s complex and multifaceted operations and how to manage them successfully as a CEO. ​The Senior Leader Program (SLP) is a fast-paced, intensive five-month experience providing a learning environment to help leaders enhance their organizational and teamwork skills to handle the formidable challenges associated with moving into increasingly complex leadership roles. ​
