  2. Presentations must focus on currently available technology/processes/systems/components. Presentation attendees shall not be utilized as a makeshift focus group for future product development; that is for the vendor fair if you choose.
  3. Abstracts will only be accepted through the designated online submission link. The LTUG Steering Committees reserve the right to approve or decline any abstract.
  4. Multiple abstracts may be submitted. While this does not guarantee your company will be chosen to present, it can certainly increase your odds of submitting a hot topic of interest for the upcoming conference. All abstracts will be reviewed by all steering committees and could be chosen by any of them.
  5. Presentation topics may not be changed once chosen by the LTUG Steering Committees.  If a topic change is necessary, the LTUG Steering Committees reserve the right to cancel your topic and fill the space with another Vendor's topic and the cancellation policy will apply.
  6. The Steering Committees will assign presentation dates and times.
  7. While the Steering Committees have created an agenda that provides the Presenters the undivided attention of Users, attendance at your presentation can not be guaranteed or controlled.
  8. All approved presenters must be registered and paid exhibitors at the LTUG Annual Conference Vendor Fair on Monday, June 22, 2026.
  9. Presenters who are not sponsors will have booth registration priority after sponsor booth registration and prior to open booth registration for all vendors.  See Booth Registration  for booth registration schedule.
  10. All approved presenters will be sent a link to upload their final presentation for committee review. In the form, presenters can select the following options for their presentations:
    1. the presentation may be added to the HA User Group website's Users forum archives (member log-in required),
    2. a modified version will be provided to be posted to the archives, or
    3. no presentation can be posted to the archives
  11. Only employees of the presenting company will be allowed to attend the presentation; Steering Committee authorization is required for other company representatives.
