Sponsorship Opportunities

   All sponsorships are filled for 2026.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Upload logos in JPG/PNG and EPS formats to the form link in your sponsorship confirmation email by Friday, January 30, 2026.
  • Sponsorship payments must be paid in full by Friday, February 20, 2026.
  • Sponsors must be exhibitors at the LTUG Annual Conference vendor fair on Monday, June 22, 2026.
  • Sponsors will have booth registration priority. See booth registration schedule Vendors > Booth Registration

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

INVOICE/RECEIPT

  • Your confirmation email includes a link to view your invoice/receipt.
