Baker Hughes Participation and Registration

All Baker Hughes representative registrations must be completed using the registration link provided to Sarah Rowson. Please contact  Sarah.Rowson@BakerHughes.com to confirm you are approved to attend and obtain the link to register.

The link to confirm hotel accommodations will be in your emailed registration confirmation.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Baker Hughes registrations that have not been approved by Sarah Rowson will be cancelled and refunded, minus a $75 administrative fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations received by Friday, June 5, 2026 – Full refund
  • Cancellations received Saturday, June 6, 2026 and later – Non-refundable*

* Name changes in lieu of cancellation are allowed provided there are no modifications to payments already received.
