WERC’s 49th Annual Conference is taking place in-person at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Hotel from May 17-20, 2026.

Set along the scenic St. Johns River, the hotel provides stunning panoramic views and convenient, walkable access to riverfront paths and restaurant in downtown Jacksonville. As one of the state's premier event hotels, it offers spacious meeting facilities, modern guest rooms, and a welcoming environment to learn and connect.

Jacksonville International Airport - JAX

The airport is located approximately 15 miles from the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Hotel. Taxi and ride share services and rental cars are available at the airport.

WEATHER

Jacksonville has warm, sunny weather. You can expect weather climbing into the 80s in May.
