When is the 2026 Age+Action Conference?
The 2026 Age+Action Conference will be held on May 26-29, 2026, in Arlington, Virginia. This national conference brings together hundreds of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring every person has the resources to age well.
Where will the conference be held?
The conference will take place at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. The closest airport is Ronald Reagan National Airport. The hotel is just across from the Crystal City Metro Station. Reserve your room online.
How do I register?
Registration will open in December 2025.
What is the registration fee?

Do you offer discounts?
Save $150 when you register at the Advance rate by March 9, 2026.
Discounts are also available for groups of 5 or more. Contact conference@ncoa.org for details.
Is there a speaker fee for presenters?
We are extremely grateful that our speakers donate their time to help us create a dynamic and exciting agenda for our attendees. We offer a discounted rate for presenters with a savings of $100. If you are a speaker, check your acceptance notification for the presenter registration link.
I have submitted a proposed presentation through the Call for Presentations. When will presenters be notified of acceptance?
We anticipate notifying presenters in January 2026.
When will the agenda be available to choose your sessions?
The draft agenda will be published by February 2026.
I am an Administration for Community Living Chronic Disease Self-Management Education or Falls Prevention grantee. Does the conference meet the requirement for attending a grantee meeting?
Yes, grant funding allocated for the conference can be used to register for the in-person conference. The in-person event satisfies the requirement to attend one grantee meeting per grant year.
What forms of payment can I use on-site at the conference?
We can accept in-person payments by credit card or check. Cash payments will not be accepted.
What are your health protocols?
NCOA takes the health of our conference participants seriously. All attendees are expected to consider the well-being of themselves and those around them. This includes self-monitoring for illnesses and respecting the personal space and decisions of other attendees. We will follow all local Washington, DC travel advisory guidelines.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code is business casual. We encourage you to bring a sweater or jacket because the meeting rooms are air conditioned and can be chilly.
What meals will be provided?
NCOA will host networking breakfast and lunch events, as well as an opening reception.
Do you offer press passes?
Complimentary press access is reserved for working members of the media, subject to verification. Reporters interested in attending should contact Simona Combi, Public Relations Manager, in advance. Press must present official credentials, such as a link to a recently published article with byline. NCOA reserves the right to limit the number of press passes issued to a media organization.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received before April 4, 2026 will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $200. Cancellations received after April 4, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund. Refund requests should be sent to conference@ncoa.org.
