Additionally, several sessions may be eligible for continuing education credits through the National Association for Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) and the National Recreation and Parks Association.
Social Work approved sessions will explore nonclinical practice strategies in aging and gerontology, social work in communities, cultural competency, behavioral health, and service delivery.
CHES approved sessions will explore areas of responsibility such as assessment, planning and implementation, evaluation and research, and communication.
Participants leave the conference with practical tools and strategies to support their work with older adults in their communities.

Identify and implement practical strategies to support older adults’ economic and mental well-being.

Develop service delivery strategies that support the whole person as they age.
Target Audience
The conference is open to all aging services professionals and is particularly relevant for social workers, certified health education specialists, registered dietitians, direct care workforce staff, and parks and recreation professionals.
Professionals in the above categories of all levels will benefit from the educational opportunities offered during the conference.

Course Completion and CE Information
To earn CE credit (SW, CHES, RD), attendees must attend the full session, signing in and out of each session.
In addition to the full conference evaluation, CE participants will also complete an evaluation for each CE approved session they attend.
Certificates of completion will be sent to participants via email within 15 business days following the end of the conference for those who meet all requirements.
Those seeking credit from the National Recreation and Parks Association or National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP), can submit their request for credit approval directly to those organizations.
