When and where is the 2026 Educational Forum?

The 2026 Educational Forum is being held Friday, May 1 through Sunday, May 3, 2026, at the Columbus Hilton Downtown, located at 402 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. All sessions and events will be held at the Hilton.

Who attends the Educational Forum?

Educational Forum attendees are typically WM patients, caregivers and supporters, clinicians, allied health professionals, and IWMF patient advocacy, global, and industry partners.

How can I participate in the Educational Forum?

IWMF continues to offer two ways to attend the Forum, in person or virtually.

How much does it cost to attend the Educational Forum?

 

The registration fee for in-person attendees is $250 through April 1, 2026. The rate increases to $300 April 2 through April 24, 2026. Online registration will close April 29, 2026. Onsite registration will be available at a rate of $300. The registration rate for virtual attendees will be available in January 2026.

What is included in my registration fee?

In-person attendees will have access to all educational sessions, social events, networking, and wellness activities. In addition, all breakfasts and lunches will be provided, as well as dinner on May 1, 2026. Virtual attendees will have access to all streaming sessions. All attendees will have early access to presentation recordings.
 

How do participants register?

All attendees must register online to attend the Educational Forum. Registration opening January 2026!

How do I pay the registration fee?

IWMF accepts most major credit cards—Discover, Mastercard, and VISA. All payments are in US dollars.

I can only attend one day, do you extend special pricing for one day attendees?

Yes, please send an email to events@iwmf.com for special one-day registration pricing.

Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to events@iwmf.com. Refunds for registration fees minus a $25 cancellation fee will be processed for cancellations received on or before April 15, 2026. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations received on or after April 16, 2025. 

Is there a hotel room block for attendees at the Hilton Columbus Downtown?

Yes, IWMF has secured a room block for attendees at a special rate of $215 plus applicable taxes and fees (estimated total per night $253.70). This rate is available from Tuesday, April 28 through Monday May 4, 2026. Click here to make your hotel reservation.

What is the closest airport to the Hilton Columbus Downtown?

The John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) is six miles from downtown Columbus. Check out our Travel and Hotel page for additional airports near Columbus and ground transporation options.

Is there onsite parking at the Hilton Columbus Downtown?

Currently, the Hilton Columbus Downtown offers valet and self park. Rates are subject to change, however Educational Forum attendees are eligible for a $3 discount on the daily fee.

I registered for the virtual option; how do I participate?

If you have completed your virtual registration, you should have received an confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our team at events@iwmf.com.

What is the health and safety plan for onsite?

As always, we will continue to monitor and follow the current CDC guidelines and plan accordingly.
