Santa Barbara Reunion Experience

Will I get to meet the stars?
Yes! There is opportunity for interaction between the stars and guests in several ways. The amount of interaction will depend on the experience you book. The Capwell Concierge Experience gives cruisers full access to all themed events. 
Will I be able to get an autograph and take pictures with the stars?
There will be designated events where you will be able to meet and greet, take a picture or have your autograph card signed. The autograph card will be provided in the gift bags for each cruiser. 
Does everyone in the cabin have to be booked in the same tier?
No. Each person will receive a wristband according to the tier they are booked into. This will identify the activities each cruiser will have access to. No exceptions will be made once onboard.
Can I purchase the Santa Barbara Reunion cruise through any other company?
No. The Santa Barbara cruise can only be purchased with our partners at Cruises Only.  They provide the soap stars, exclusive activities, and you will only have access to our events if you book the Santa Barbara Reunion Fan Cruise through them. The stars of Santa Barbara will not be accessible to any other guests on the ship.
Can I upgrade my experience once I'm onboard?
Unfortunately, because we have to have a firm number for our events, upgrading your expierience level will only be allowed until 8/6/2019.
Will the stars be eating with us in the dining room for dinner?
While we will have designated tables for our group at both early and late dining, the stars will not be dining with the group. 
What are the differences in the experience tiers?
Each experience level includes a different number of activities.  The Capwell Concierge includes full access to all events, including priority early entrance into the functions. To see what is included with each experience level, click here. 
What is included in the Santa Barbara Reunion Cruise?

In addition to all of the amazing themed events onboard, all of the standard items associated with the cruise line are included, such as room service (late night nominal charge), use of the ship's beautiful pools and health and fitness center. Also included are gratuities and unlimited soda, alcoholic drinks, bottled water, juice, hot and cold tea.
What is not included in the Santa Barbara Reunion Cruise?
The price does not include airfare, group transportation, onboard purchases (i.e. special services, specialty restaurants,  Starbuck's, gift shop, wifi packages, gambling, shore excursions, or travel protection.
Do I need a passport or visa?
United States Citizens need their official Birth Certificate and a supporting Government Issued Photo ID, Hospital Birth Certificates are not accepted (baby feet Birth Certificates).  We strongly recommend that all guests travel with a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity during their cruise.  This greatly assists guests who may need to fly out of the United States to meet their ship at the next available port should they miss their scheduled embarkation in a U.S. port; guests entering the U.S. at the end of their cruise; and guests needing to fly to the U.S. before their cruise ends because of medical, family, personal or business emergencies, missing a ship’s departure from a port of call, involuntary disembarkation from a ship due to misconduct, or other reasons.
 
Guests who need to fly to the United States before their cruise ends will likely experience significant delays and complications related to booking airline tickets and entering the United States if they do not have a valid U.S. passport with them.
