Customers/Associates

ConferenceDirect will make room reservations on behalf of all Customers and Associates. Attendees will be asked to provide their requested hotel dates when they register.

Rooms will be located at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside and are complimentary for Customers/Associates from Monday, January 26 through Wednesday, January 28. 

Attendees participating in pre/post-event tours (optional) can receive complimentary rooms on Sunday, January 25 and Wednesday, January 28 (departure on Thursday, January 29). 

Incidentals are the responsibility of the individual guest; you will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in.

Pre/Post - Event Stays:

• For those that wish to extend their stay, a limited number of discounted rate rooms are available for 3 days before and after the official event dates. Please provide your stay requests when registering. ConferenceDirect will make the room reservation on your behalf. Extended reservations are the responsibility of the individual guest and will be subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.
• Post/Post - Event Rates: $209/night ($247.01 total per night inclusive of applicable taxes and fees).

Hotel Partners & Special Guests

Hotel Partners and Special Guests are responsible for booking and all charges for their own accommodations.

A Partner attendee room block has been set up at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.

• Group Rate: $209/night ($247.01 total per night inclusive of applicable taxes and fees). 
• Cut-off date is Monday, January 12, 2026.
• Reservations will be subject to a 5-day cancellation policy.
