Appointments & Networking Hub - Where Connections Happen


The Networking Hub is the heartbeat of The Meeting Summit—a place designed to build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, and discover new opportunities.

On Tuesday, January 27, from 8:30 a.m. – 12:05 p.m. CT, the Networking Hub will host one-on-one appointments between attending Hotel Partners and Customers. These appointments are a valuable opportunity to explore new business, strengthen partnerships, and collaborate on future events.

 

 Appointment Information

Attending Hotel Partners will be assigned to designated tables, while Customers and their Associates will rotate throughout the morning for a series of focused meetings. 

  • Date & Time: Tuesday, January 27 | 8:30 a.m. – 12:05 p.m. CT
  • Format: 15-minute appointments with 10-minute transition breaks
  • Participants: Hotels remain seated; Customers rotate tables
  • Appointments: Minimum of 6 appointments per Customer
  • Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are currently being scheduled using our AI-powered matchmaking functionality. This system thoughtfully pairs attendees based on the meeting demographics and venue information you provided during registration—helping ensure relevant, productive, and meaningful connections.

    Your personalized appointment schedule, along with attendee profiles, will be available during the week of January 12. At that time, you’ll also receive tips and guidance on how to best prepare for your appointments and maximize your networking experience throughout the event.

Each table will include an extra chair for an Associate or Global Sales Organization (GSO) representative to join discussion as needed.
