On-Campus Housing
As of Monday, May 18, overnight housing accommodations for Reunion 2026 are closed. We have reached capacity for on-campus housing. Questions or concerns can be directed to uaevents@villanova.edu. Thank you.
Enjoy our new and improved on-campus housing options, keeping you close to all the action and offering the perfect spot to gather with classmates and friends, just like the old days! We’ve upgraded the experience with premium linens and towels, welcome baskets, toiletries and Villanova-themed décor to make your stay even more special. Please note on-campus housing is primarily for undergraduate alumni of class years ending in 1 or 6 and their guests to relive their Villanova experience.
All overnight, on-campus guests will be housed in The Commons or on West Campus. Housing accommodations include two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining/living room, air conditioning and wireless internet access. View additional photos and amenities.
Each on-campus housing reservation accommodates a maximum of four guests per room. EVERY guest must register for housing. When registering for on-campus housing, please include the first and last names of all individuals who will be staying with you. If you have registered for housing and do not know all roommates at this time, please add them to your reservation by Friday, May 8, 2026.
If you registered for on-campus housing, your housing assignment will be provided upon arrival at the Welcome Center in the Connelly Center. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific rooms or buildings.
Breakfast in Dougherty Hall on Saturday and Sunday is complimentary for all guests who reserve on-campus housing.
What to Bring for On-Campus Housing
On-campus accommodations are basic student rooms that offer few amenities and reflect the standard student living experience. Rooms are comfortable, but not luxurious.
Apartments will be supplied with pillows, premium bed linens, towels, washcloths and a blanket. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so our strong recommendation is that you bring extra blankets with you.
Basic personal care items such as soap, shampoo and toilet tissue will also be provided. Please also bring any additional toiletries or other items you anticipate needing. Please note that housekeeping services will not be available during the weekend.

Cancellations and Refunds
To receive a refund, housing and event cancellations must be made before May 8, 2026. For cancellations or adjustments to your registration, please click the modify registration link in your confirmation email or contact the Alumni Office at alumni@villanova.edu or 1-800-VILLANOVA.
Special Assistance
Please let us know about any specific special needs when you register by emailing alumni@villanova.edu or calling 1-800-VILLANOVA. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, as long as we know about your circumstances at least one week prior to the weekend.
